We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt in order to receive refund or replacement. Returns, or cancellation after this period will not be accepted! NO exceptions. Shipping on items is non-refundable. Under no circumstances do we cover return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, refunds, or damaged items. All items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition and original shipping packaging.The buyer will pay for postage, not us. We charge 15% restocking fee.

Out of stock or backordered items.
